BOTH Exhilarating AND Exhausting: Aries/Gemini Gauntlet

June feels like dawn. June feels like how I spent the morning of my 19th birthday: al fresco in an alpine lake in Yosemite’s Clark Range lit beneath a sherbet sunrise. The light was new, the water sparkling, the scent pine, the spirit strong, the heart full. My feet, swollen and blistered, earned thick souvenirs on that backcountry trip. I still wear them everywhere with me half a lifetime later — my favorite callouses.
The Big Sky Story is swirling with Aries/Gemini electricity that’s been building since 2022. Cue both exhilaration and exhaustion, diving headfirst into the throes of summer already in progress. Cosmic main characters are changing roles on the collective stage, plus we’re individually switching up the triplicity script in plain sight.
Nervous system regulation is at a vital premium. Materialist resourcing is no longer cutting it as our collective consciousness ascends into awareness of what we truly value, into ownership that what we feed also feeds us. These foregrounded transpersonal frequencies are perceived by some as a threat and others as a chance.

June’s transpersonal vibe shift is ignited by the Saturn/Neptune ingress of Aries and accelerated by Uranus/Sedna in Gemini. Since late last summer, personal planet retros put us through the paces. Gemini season’s all too obliged to usher in the fresh and frenetic energetics of Mutable Air just as Cardinal Fire activates the collective’s natural first house of Self. This activation evidences as a revolving door of events culminating at the same time new initiations begin, based on what you are aligning with, calling in, and/or shedding.
Signatures of Aries/Gemini: resistance to dominant paradigms, rapid-fire dys/regulation, short bursts of wonder, FLARE, adolescent yang vibes, loss of linguistic fidelity. Remedy? Take it higher for a better view. Set for a spell. The energetic elixir of Cardinal Fire and Mutable Air will be sticking around a bit. After a few retros, Aries/Gem is our elemental SOP as of 2026. Use June 11th’s Strawberry Sag Full Moon for soaking in the juiciness on the other side of 2025, with 2033’s New Earth seeding cycle fully engaged. Keep it extra mellow on June 15th, when a Jupiter/Saturn square passes on a pinch no one can ignore.
